DocuVerra is an independent document preparation and secure delivery platform. We are not a government agency and do not provide legal advice. We do not issue or guarantee visas, passports, immigration approvals, or any outcome from a third party. We only help you organize and securely deliver your documents to recipients you choose.
For your protection, uploaded documents are automatically deleted after 30 days unless additional retention is requested.
Default retention period
- Customer documents are retained for 30 days after order completion unless you request otherwise.
- After the retention period, files are permanently deleted from our storage systems.
- You may request earlier deletion of your data at any time.
- We maintain only the minimal transaction records necessary for accounting and legal compliance.
How deletion works
You can delete individual documents from your dashboard at any time. For a full deletion request, contact us and we will remove your remaining documents from storage.
Requesting extended retention
If you need your documents kept longer than 30 days, let us know and we can arrange extended retention for your order.
