We do not issue or guarantee visas, passports, immigration approvals, or any outcome from a third party. We only help you organize and securely deliver your documents to recipients you choose.
By using DocuVerra, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before uploading documents or completing payment.
1. User authorization and consent
By using the platform, you expressly authorize DocuVerra to store, process, prepare, and securely deliver your uploaded documents to the recipients you select.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- You voluntarily provide your documents so that DocuVerra can prepare and deliver them.
- You authorize secure electronic transmission of your document package to the recipients you choose.
- You certify that the uploaded documents belong to you, or that you have legal authority to submit them on behalf of another person.
- You accept responsibility for reviewing all information before it is delivered to any third party.
2. Required acceptance
Before payment and delivery, you must accept the following statement, which is recorded with your order and a timestamp:

4. Payments
Uploading, organizing, and previewing your package is free. Fees are charged only when you choose to download or deliver, per the package you select. Payments are processed securely over encrypted connections.
5. Data retention
Your documents are handled according to our Data Retention Policy and Privacy Policy.
