Why we collect documents

Your documents are collected for one purpose only: to help you organize them into a professional PDF package and securely deliver that package to the recipients you select — such as a travel agency, employer, school, insurance company, financial institution, attorney, family member, or yourself.

Who may receive your information

• The recipient(s) you explicitly select for delivery (for example, an email address, business, or a secure link you share).
• Our secure infrastructure and payment providers strictly to operate the service.

We never sell your personal information or documents.

How your data is secured and transmitted

• All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.
• Documents are stored in private, access-controlled storage — never in public locations.
• Access requires secure authentication; you can only access your own documents.
• Downloads use short-lived, expiring secure links; there are no permanent public file links.
• Automatic sign-out protects your account after a period of inactivity.

Your rights: access and deletion

You control your uploaded documents. You may view, download, or delete your documents at any time from your dashboard, and you may request earlier deletion of your data by contacting us.

Data retention

Customer documents are retained for 30 days after order completion unless you request otherwise or the law requires otherwise, then permanently deleted from storage. See our full Data Retention Policy. We keep only the minimal transaction records necessary for accounting and legal compliance.

Security measures

We apply role-based access controls, row-level security on all data, private storage buckets, signed download links, and administrative audit logging.
